The OX – OPEN BOX cargo bike is our industrial solution that lets you throw cargo in the durable aluminium cargo box and go. This box can be custom painted and branded to help increase your brand awareness as you ride around the city. With a carrying capacity of up to 150 kg, you’ll be able to meet all your commercial needs with the OX – OPEN BOX.
The OX – OPEN BOX is safe, sustainable and low-maintenance; we design, manufacture and assemble it right in Denmark, so you know it is built to the highest standard.
We use the Shimano STEPS e-system, which we consider the best on the market. All lights and other electronics are included when you go with a BLACK IRON HORSE cargo bike, so you’re ready to ride from day one!
Sustainability & Local Production
The steel we use for the OX – OPEN BOX is sourced within northern Europe and the frames are also welded in Europe. We also source as many of our components as possible from European companies.
