If you experience electronic issues that prevent you from using the cargo bike, we recommend contacting us by phone or email before booking a service appointment.

We service all Black Iron Horse cargo bikes. However, if you purchased the bike from a dealer and are unsure whether it’s covered under warranty, please contact the dealer directly for warranty repairs.

Please note that service time may vary. Our goal is to have your cargo bike ready within 1-5 business days, but delays can occur. You will receive an SMS when the bike is ready for pickup.

Note: We always replace safety-related parts without prior approval but will contact you regarding any cosmetic repairs.

Fee: 200 DKK per day starting on the third day if the bike is not picked up within two days of notification.
