Important before booking a service
If you experience electronic issues that prevent you from using the cargo bike, we recommend contacting us by phone or email before booking a service appointment.
We service all Black Iron Horse cargo bikes. However, if you purchased the bike from a dealer and are unsure whether it’s covered under warranty, please contact the dealer directly for warranty repairs.
Please always bring: Display, battery and key.
Please remember to remove all personal belongings from your bike before handing it in. Any items left behind are at your own risk and will not be compensated.
Please note that service time may vary. Our goal is to have your cargo bike ready within 1-5 business days, but delays can occur. You will receive an SMS when the bike is ready for pickup.
Note: We always replace safety-related parts without prior approval but will contact you regarding any cosmetic repairs.
Fee: 200 DKK per day starting on the third day if the bike is not picked up within two days of notification.

Service Prices for Cargo Bikes
Prices apply to customers who purchased a Black Iron Horse.
If you have a subscription, the standard service is included, but additional work may be charged.
All services include software updates.
Spare parts are not included in the price, but the price list for the spare parts we most often replace appears below.
1st Service: Free (0 DKK)
Standard Service: 1,499 DKK
Workshop Hour (additional work): 899 DKK per hour
Explanation
The first service is free. After that, a standard service costs 1,499 DKK. If additional repairs or work beyond the standard service are needed, it will be charged at 899 DKK per hour.
